If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your order. Returns must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must be attached. All final sale items: swimwear and jewlery are a final sale. All Kahri Special Orders are exchange for Kahri Designs only within 14 days. Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. We suggest you send your package insured and tracked, as shopstylehaven.com is not responsible for missing items or packages.- When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Shopstylehaven.com, E-Mail us @ customerservice@shopstylehaven.com. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, shopstylehaven.com will refund, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. For remaining balances on exchanges your original credit card used for purchase will be credited, less shipping charges one week following the exchange approval.

Shipping Rates and Procedures

We use UPS and USPS for our US shipping methods. We are only able to send to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses using USPS. We require signature confirmation for all deliveries. Some items may be shipped seperatly this will not affect your shippng charges.

Inernational Orders

We are not able to do International orders @ this time.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses. Based on Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce, states can only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations.

Canceling/Modifying An Order

If the order is already processed you can not cancel or modify the order. It must be done as a return or a seperate transaction.
